DESCRIPTION:Understanding how Emerging Disruptive Technologies can influence change for RegTech\, is largely becoming mainstream now with the multitude of solution development using AI\, Blockchain and Machine learning. \nOne of the remaining bastions of legacy processes is digitisation of legislation in its basic form aka Legislation as Code. \nIn March 2021 Hamish Fraser\, Tom Barraclough and Curtis Barnes published a legal research report on “legislation as code”. Researching the global “rules as code” movement.
