World Economic Forum report on FinTech: A pragmatic assessment of disruptive potential in financial services

#

What innovations have made the most impact on the financial ecosystem since 2014 and which have failed to produce impact?
How will innovations impact the ways in which financial services are structured, provisioned and consumed in the future?
What implications will innovative ideas have on the broader financial system?

The World Economic Forum has released a new report on FinTech, considering the evolution and impact of FinTech firms on financial services to date. It presents a series of contrasting outlooks for the future of the industry.

This report is based on three years research into the transformation of financial services prepared by the World Economic Forum in collaboration with Deloitte.
